Francis is the Founder of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (AYE) and African Young Entrepreneurship Network (AYEEN) (ranked as the largest entrepreneurship network in the world by the Global Entrepreneurship Institute) with over 12million members.

AYE supports hundreds of Small/Medium businesses and also idea stage founders. Every year, AYE supports thousands of Africans who pitch their business ideas on AYEEN with grants, and expert support. AYEEN also runs a life TV program that sits 4-5 judges.

Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E.) is a non-profit organisation based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It facilitates intra-trade transactions among African entrepreneurs in 19 countries. It is reputed to be the largest Economic group in Africa with more than 12 million pan African members.
